From Paris Court Square, take 79 East toward Dover for approximately 7 miles. Turn left (North) on Buchanan Road and follow for just over 1 mile, where the road will bend to the right. Turn left (North) on Cowpath Road and follow for approximately 1 and 1/4 miles. Just before the intersection with Nanney Farm Road is the cemetery, to your left. A sign will be visible from the road, the cemetery itself is surrounded by woods and may not be visible from the road.

Travel time from Paris Court Square is approximately 10-15 minutes.

The Patterson Cemetery sits surrounded by woods, save for a path leading from Cowpath Road, near its intersection with Nanney Farm Road. This intersection does see the occasional car drive by, but other than that, the location is very quiet and secluded. There is a couple fallen stones in this cememtery but no damage other than that. The cemetery does seem to benefit from regular care as well. Overall, condition is excellent.
