| From Paris Court Square, take 79 East toward Dover for approximately 7 miles. Turn left
(North) on Buchanan Road and follow for approximately 6 and 1/2 miles until the intersection with Highway 140. Turn left
(West) on Highway 140 and within 100 feet, take an immediate right on Rabbit Creek Road. Bear to the left when Bethel
Cemetery becomes visible ahead of you. Another mile and 1/2 or so, bear to the right on Lax Road / Rabbit Creek Road.
The road will gently bend right, left, right, then take a harder bend to the left and finally a hard bend back to the
left. Just after this bend, start looking on your right for a black iron fence inside the brush. You will have traveled
about 1/3 of a mile since the road took on the name Lax Road. Behind this fence is the cemetery. Travel time from Paris Court Square is approximately 25-30 minutes. |

| The Lax Cemetery sits far away from civilization on Rabbit Creek Road in a thick growth of brush. We did not brave the shoulder-high brush other than to photograph the one stone that was visible from the road. Condition is difficult to judge since an iron fence marks its presence but only one of possibly four stones is visible. |  |
